• Your request: the text you type and, if you use the voice option, your voice recording, used only to understand and make your order.
• Order details: previews, changes you ask for, price, and payment status.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept for security and to stop abuse.

We do not receive or store card details. When you pay by UPI or bank transfer, we keep only the payment reference for our records.

How we use it

To make and deliver your animation, to process your payment, to contact you about your order, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only with trusted service providers that help us host the website, produce the animations and process payments, and only as needed for your order. We also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for your order, our accounts and the law. You can ask us to delete your data, except records we must keep by law.
