Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders placed on this website, run by Animation Studio ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

We make custom educational animations for mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. You describe what you need, we prepare a preview, you can ask for changes, and you pay only when you approve the preview.

Previews

Previews are for checking the work only. They are lower quality, carry a visible mark and can be watched a limited number of times. Please do not record, copy or share them.

Changes

Each order includes a limited number of change rounds, shown on your order page. Changes should stay within the original topic; a new topic is a new order.

Price and payment

The price is shown on your order page before you pay and is based on the length of the video. You pay by UPI or bank transfer to us, or through Razorpay when your order page offers it. We never ask for your card number, PIN, password or OTP, and we do not store card or bank details.

Checking the content

We take care to make the content accurate. Because you approve the preview before paying, please check the facts, labels and notation for your syllabus before you approve.

Using the video

After full payment you may use the delivered video in your own teaching, courses and videos, including paid courses and monetised channels. You may not resell or license the video on its own as a stock clip. We may show short parts of past work as samples unless you ask us not to.

Requests we decline

We may decline any request that is unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
