Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before you pay

You can stop at any time before payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.

After you pay

You see and approve the full preview before paying, so payments are generally not refundable once your final video is available to download.

You will get a full refund if:

• you paid but we could not deliver the final video, or
• you were charged more than once for the same order, or
• we declined your order after payment.

If the final video is noticeably different from the preview you approved, tell us within 7 days of payment and we will fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them in your account.
